Organizational Background
PISCES is a duly licensed manpower recruitment agency sanctioned by the Department of Labor and Employment/Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) since 1991 to recruit, select and mobilize Filipino professional and non-professional personnel to work overseas. PISCES - is professional staffed by experienced and competent personnel, who ably meet demands of most of our clients for qalified manpower.

IV. RECRUITMENT/HIRING SYSTEMS & PROCEDURES
The following standard office procedures, evolved thru years of constant revision to meet ever-changing demands and requirements of various clients, PISCES reserves the prerogative of the Employers to specify procedures more suitable to their needs and requirements.
1. PRESELECTION OF APPLICANTS
Conducted normally with JOB DESCRIPTIONS supplied by employers as guide in the initial interview, oral and written examinations with the objective of determining the core knowledge and extent of the experiences of every applicant as against the standards required by the employers.
2. TRADE AND SKILLS TESTING
To reconfirm the actual capability of applicant in consolidating theretical knowledge and experiences for application into his desired skills. If specific trade so requires, practicum and on the job testing are further undertaken.
3. PHYSICAL, MEDICAL and PHYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS
Exhaustively conducted to all applicants immediately after pre-selection and re-medical examinations immediately prior to departure of workers for their overseas jobs destinations. This policy has insured all workers who joined their employers overseas are free from any recently acquired diseases and mental aberrations and in the case of female applicant, the assurance that they are free from any unexpected pregnancy, which may prejudice mother, child and/or employer's welfare.
4.PRE-DEPARTURE ORRIENTATION SEMINARS
This is mandatory to all hired workers, regardless of job category, prior to departure for country of employment.
Topics discussed are relevant to the Employer's terms, conditions and policies of employment customs, traditions, culture, laws and regulations which are extensively imparted to workers to hasten assimilation into new environment.
V.RECRUITMENT TIMETABLE
From the date a JOB ORDER REQUEST is received by the Agency, to the selection / final hiring of workers, processing travel documents and departure, a minimum of 30 days will be normally required to deploy workers. however, this timetable is dependent on the length of time emplyers could secure and provide such other required documents-visas, work or entry permits, air tickets and flight booking confirmations. Maximum 60 days.
VI. REPATRAITION GUARANTY
PISCES guarantees not only the technical competence but also the physical and medical fitness of workers for the job which they were recruited and hired. However, if any worker is found to be medically unfit immediately after arrival at the work site, or if within the 90 days probation period is found to be technically incompetent for the job, PISCES shall assume all repatriation costs.
